Terms & Conditions
1) Fees
- Fees will be taken from your account on the 1st of every month
- Refunds will not be given for non-attendance
- Payments should be paid via Class4Kids
- If payment is not received successfully the dancer cannot attend class
- £20 monthly fee equates to 41 weeks spread over the year
- Fancy Footwork Dance will issue e-receipts via Class4kids
2) Discounts
- Fancy Footwork Dance offers discounts to siblings who attend 3 or more classes a week. If siblings attend 3 classes a week they will receive a 4th class free.
- Discounts are not guaranteed and may be changed at any time.
3) Registration & Attendance
- A register for each class will be taken and used for the purpose of health and safety. This will also be used for 'Track & Trace' during COVID-19.
- Dancers are expected to attend the whole month and should only miss class if they are unable to attend due to illness.
- Parents must inform Fancy Footwork dance if their child is unable to attend class via phone or email.
- If dancers fail to attend class 3 weeks in a row without notice, they may be at risk of losing their place.
4) Camps/Workshops
- Payment for camps/workshops must be paid in full by the date stated by Fancy Footwork Dance at the time of booking. Payments can be made by cash in class or via Class4Kids.
5) Compliance Policy
- Covid-19 risk assessment to be in place and reviewed weekly.
- A member of staff will meet attendees outside of the venue (with hand-sanitiser) and escort them to the door where another member of staff will meet them and take them to the studio.
- Parents will be encouraged to wear masks at drop-off/ pick-up.
- No parents/ guardians to be allowed inside venue (other than for extenuating circumstances).
- Pre-class checklist to be implemented.
- Classes to be staggered to allow adequate time for class to leave before another arrives. This will, also, allow for pre-class checklist to be carried out.
- Social Distancing of 2m to be enforced (minimum of 1m where 2m is not available).
- Floor delineations will be made to ensure Social Distancing at all times.
- Clear signage to be applied to ensure staff and attendees are informed on what is required of them.
- A safe walking route will be implemented ie. a one-way system is to be delineated.
- Crowding of toilets will be minimised and a queuing system implemented.
- All touch points will be sanitised (as part of pre-class checklist).
- Attendees will be encouraged to bring minimal belongings to class.
- A register will be taken at every class to ensure availability for “Track and Trace” requirements.
- All staff will be trained in relation to Government guidelines on Covid-19, NHS guidelines on Covid-19, Fancy Footwork Pre-Class Checks and NHS handwashing guidelines.
- Staff training to be implemented and recorded.
- All staff and attendees to be reminded that if they are ill they MUST NOT attend classes. If they are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms (ie. new continuous cough, high temperature or a change or loss of taste/ smell) they will be encouraged to self-isolate and seek a test.
